In a good news for people who wish to buy the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, the device will now be available for open sale model and users will no longer have to wait for flash sales and then get disappointed when they are unable to order a device. Now, the users will be able to purchase a device whenever they wish to, as the device will be available as long as the stocks last.
The Taiwanese smartphone maker today announced that its popular budget smartphone will be available for sale from tomorrow, August 2, 12PM from Flipkart. At the moment, it is not known if all three variants of the device will be available or the premium 6GB variant will continue with the flash sale model.
To recall, the 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM variants of the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 went on sale in May and the top-end 6GB RAM variant of the device went on sale in the country from July 26. The 6GB RAM variant of the device is priced at Rs. 14,999, which is the same as the 4GB RAM variant of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, its primary rival.
By selling the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in an open sale model, Asus has made it easier to buy its device compared to the Redmi Note 5 Pro, which was launched before the Max Pro M1, but Xiaomi is still using the flash sale model for its device.
Commenting about this move, Dinesh Sharma, Director Mobile Product, Asus India said, "in just 3 months from the launch, ZenFone Max Pro M1, is branded as the strongest player under the price category, and we are overwhelmed with the response. To cater to the incredible demand, we have worked diligently to ramp up the supplies of ZenFone Max Pro (M1) so that fans can buy them easily at any time exclusively through Flipkart."
To recall, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC coupled with Adreno 509 GPU.
