The OnePlus 6T launch is drawing closer and while we know most of the specifications of the next OnePlus flagship, the pricing details were still unknown. Well, not anymore as a new leak has revealed that the OnePlus 6T price will start at ₹37,999.
According to a new leak, the OnePlus 6T will see a mild increase in prices, and the storage variants on offer will also change. The report suggests that the OnePlus 6T will start at ₹37,999, which would seem like an increase of ₹3,000 when compared to the OnePlus 6. However, while the OnePlus 6 is being offered at ₹34,999 for the 6GB + 64GB version, the OnePlus 6T will start with 6GB + 128GB.
Apart from the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, the OnePlus 6T will also come in 8GB + 128GB and 256GB variants. The price of the 8GB + 128GB variant is being reported as ₹40,999, which is an increase of ₹1,000 over a similar variant of the OnePlus 6. The 256GB variant might cost ₹44,999, which is also an increase of ₹1,000 when compared to a similar variant of the OnePlus 6.
The OnePlus 6T will be launching on October 30th at an event in New York. In addition to the New York event, OnePlus is also holding a simultaneous event in New Delhi. The ticket prices of the New Delhi event have been fixed at ₹999, but all seats have now been sold out.
The OnePlus 6T is expected to launch with a 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It will be launched with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with an updated version of Oxygen OS on top.
Powering the OnePlus 6T will be the octa-core Snapdragon 845 chipset, coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS2.1 storage. The OnePlus 6T will also feature a 12MP main camera with an f/1.5-2.4 variable aperture and a 20MP secondary camera. It will also have a 25MP front facing camera.
