PUBG has started rolling out the much awaited 0.11.5 update for popular battle royale game PUBG Mobile. The update brings several new features, including a new gun, a new vehicle and the Roayle Pass Season 6.
The Royale Pass Season 6 brings new challenges and rewards. In addition to this, Tencent has also added included some improvements to the Royale Pass, including additional rewards for Elite Pass Plus users in addition to 25 ranks. Players will also be able to view RP rankings of the entire region and their friends directly from the Royale Pass page.
Other major additions with this update include the G36C Rifle, which will be exclusive to the Vikendi Snow map. It uses the 5.56 ammo and will replace the Scar-L on Vikendi. Players in Sanhok will be able to use Tukshai, commonly referred to as auto rickshaw in India. The Tukshai will replace the Jeep, Dacia and Mini Bus in Sanhok.
Earlier, Tencent had added dynamic weather to Sanhok and Vikendi. Now, the remaining two maps, Erangel and Miramar will also offer dynamic weather to players. Some games in the two maps will include fog during the game.
Tencent has also announced that it will bring a subscription model in April. As part of this, players will be able to choose from Prime and Prime Plus subscription, both of which come with free daily UC, Royale Pass points, daily 80% discount on Crates, purchasing from the shop with BP and other benefits.
Tencent has also made several new additions to celebrate its first anniversary. The additions include birthday parties on spawn island, surprise cakes with rewards during the game and more.
As mentioned earlier, the update also brings changes to the Zombie mode, including increased damage outside the safe zone, improvements to zombie skills, resource drops and a possible increase to vehicle fuel levels.
