Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has been launched in India featuring a 10.5-inch WQXGA resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels) resolution Super AMOLED display. The latest tablet from Samsung is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with the company's Grace UX on top.
The Galaxy Tab S4 takes over from the Galaxy Tab S3 launched last year. It comes with a big high resolution display with Samsung's Super AMOLED technology. The tablet has a 10.5-inch WQXGA resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels) resolution Super AMOLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Running on Android 8.1 Oreo, the Tab S4 has Samsung's Grace UX on top.
The Galaxy Tab S4 is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 400GB using a microSD card. It has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera for capturing selfies and making video calls.
Other features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 include an Iris Scanner and S Pen support. It also comes with quad-stereo speakers tuned by AKG by Harman as well as Dolby Atmos sound. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual band Wi-Fi ac, Wi-Fi Direct, MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and a USB Type C port. The tablet is backed by a 7,300mAh battery and it includes support for fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has been priced at ₹57,900 and it comes in Black and Gray colour options. It is available for purchase on Samsung online store and retail stores across the country, and on Amazon from October 20.
Samsung has also announced a few launch offers, including a cashback of ₹5,000 on HDFC Bank debit and credit cards. Jio users can get an additional cashback of ₹2,750 in the form of vouchers on ₹199 or ₹298 recharges.
