Chinese smartphone maker has been teasing the launch of a new smartphone in India for some time now and finally, the company has revealed that the upcoming device will be dubbed as the Vivo Z1 Pro.
The Vivo Z1 Pro has been teased to feature an in-display selfie camera, Snapdragon 7 series SoC and a huge battery with up to 21 days standby. The device is expected to be a rebranded Vivo Z5x that was launched in China last month. Going by this, we already know the specifications of the upcoming device.
The Vivo Z1 Pro runs on Android 9.0 Pie with Funtouch OS 9 skinned on top. It features a 6.53-inch full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The device features an in-display selfie camera on the left side of the display.
In terms of performance, the Vivo Z1 Pro is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC coupled with Adreno 616 GPU. In terms of memory, the device is expected to be launched with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Coming to the camera department, the Vivo Z1 features a triple camera setup at the back consisting a 16MP primary camera with f/1.78 aperture, LED flash, an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP camera with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the device sports a 16MP selfie in-display camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Vivo Z1 Pro is powered by a huge 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charge support. Connectivity options on the device include dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and a USB port. The device sports a rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
