The Redmi Note 7 Pro has been an instant hit for Xiaomi, especially coming from the Redmi Note 6 Pro that barely made any mark. At the launch, Xiaomi had announced two variants of the device with 4GB and 6GB of RAM, but so far, only the 4GB variant was available for purchase.
Now, Xiaomi has revealed that the 6GB variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro will go on sale from April 10th on Flipkart and Mi.com. The company has not revealed the price though, but it could be fixed at around ₹16,999, going by Xiaomi's pricing history.
Apart from the memory and storage, all other specifications of the Redmi Note 7 Pro remain the same.
To recap, it has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a dot notch on top. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie with MIUI 10 on top.
In terms of performance, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC coupled with Adreno 612 GPU. In terms of memory, there are two variants - 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage.
Coming to the camera department, the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a dual camera setup at the back consisting a 48MP primary camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 6P lens, phase detection autofocus, f/1.79 aperture, EIS and a 5MP secondary camera. On the front, the device sports a 13MP selfie camera.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support. Connectivity options on the device include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac , Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port.
