Recently, Realme made waves with their most premium phone yet, the Realme X. The phone sported a flagship like design and had good specifications to face rivals in the same price segment. Now, the company's latest phone, the Realme 5 Pro is coming out soon and we've got an idea of the internal specifications of the phone as it passed through Geekbench tests. Read on to all the details
As per the Geekbench results, we got to know the key specifications of the phone- the processor, RAM and Software of the phone. A few days back, another Realme phone was spotted on the tests and that phone turned out to be the Realme 5, which is coming out on August 20. The more recent phone is the Realme 5 Pro which bumps up the specs a bit.
As for the Realme 5, that's going to sport a Snapdragon 665 chipset along with a 4GB RAM and will run on Android 9.0 Pie. The more high end phone of the two, the Realme 5 Pro is expected to differ in two areas area- the chipset and the RAM. As per the test, the Realme 5 Pro is seen to have the more powerful Snapdragon 710 processor. Additionally, this phone will run on 8GB of RAM, which is a great add on to the powerful processor.
However, the reader must note that these details must be taken with a pinch of salt. Often times, Geekbench results are not to be trusted as earlier, reports had suggested that the Realme 5 Pro would come with a Snapdragon 712 processor.
Apart from that, the official teasers of the phone have suggested that the phone will come with a quad camera setup. However, it is unclear as to what the lenses the camera set up will consist of.
